I am an insurance and risk management professional with 29 years of experience across claims, underwriting, broking, and large‑scale insurance program leadership. My career has been built on deep technical expertise, hands‑on contract analysis, and the ability to translate complex risk issues into clear, actionable guidance for my clients and colleagues.

In my most recent executive role, I led enterprise risk management, insurance, and claims oversight for a large North American power generation company. My responsibilities included supporting acquisitions, refinancing, and major supply‑chain agreements, as well as overseeing enterprise risk reporting and risk governance processes.

Additionally, I spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at international insurance brokerages, advising local and multinational clients, including construction, financial institutions, forestry, architects and engineers, manufacturers, and power generation. These roles strengthened my expertise in complex insurance placements, contractual risk transfer, client advisory, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

My foundation in underwriting gives me a unique perspective on how insurers evaluate risk, structure coverage, and respond to claims — insight that strengthens every due diligence review, contract analysis, and insurance program assessment I deliver.
